- If applicable, holds appropriate bartending license or permit

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar and cart area in a neat and sanitary manner
- Record all sales, collect money, operate a cash, credit card, or electronic payment register
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
