Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0 - 1 year of bartending or related experience preferred
  • availability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • if applicable, holds bartending license, certification, or permit required by local laws
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • must comply with all health and safety regulations

  • ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • mix and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff
  • slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar/cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
  • record all sales, collect money, operate cash/credit card/electronic payment register
  • attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
