Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Mix and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
- Maintain bar/cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- Record all sales, collect money, and operate cash/credit card/electronic payment registers
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
