Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 0 - 1 year bartending or related experience preferred
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- if applicable, valid bartending license, certification, or permit
- ability to stand for long periods and handle physically demanding tasks
- availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

- ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly

Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar/cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- record all sales, collect money, operate cash/credit card/electronic payment register
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned, which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
