Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- hold appropriate bartending license or permit if applicable
- reliable and punctual
- capable of working varying shifts including nights and weekends
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- compliance with safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- 0 - 1 year of related experience
- ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly
- holds appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend in the city and state where work will be performed if applicable
- successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurture a healthy/safe working environment for all
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- mix and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar/cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- record all sales, collect money, operate a cash/credit card/electronic payment register
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
