Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
0 to 1 year of related experience
Holds valid bartending license or permit if applicable
Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Capability to stand for long periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Open availability preferred

Possesses appropriate bartending license, certification, or permit if applicable
Able to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly
Strong customer service skills

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff
Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar or cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
Record all sales, collect money, operate a cash, credit card, or electronic payment register
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
