Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0 to 1 year of related experience
- Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks accurately
- If applicable, holds appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend in the city and state of employment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented and adaptable to changing work environments
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar and cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- Record all sales, collect money, operate a cash, credit card, electronic payment register
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
