- 0 to 1 year of related bartending or customer service experience
- Ability to make and mix a wide range of drink recipes correctly
- Holds appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend in the city and state if applicable

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar and cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- Record all sales, collect money, operate a cash, credit card, or electronic payment register
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may vary based on business necessities and client requirements
