Job Duties
- Bring the fun and festivity of Rio de Janeiro to guests through friendly and upbeat service
- Create made-to-order handcrafted alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Assist and guide guests in making food and beverage selections
- Use state-of-the-art point of sale systems to enter, process and close orders
- Communicate with front and back-of-house team members to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Maintain and stock bar area including storage, equipment, utensils and tools
- Implement inventory controls and abide by all liquor laws and regulations
