Job Duties

  • Bring the fun and festivity of Rio de Janeiro to guests through friendly and upbeat service
  • Create made-to-order handcrafted alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Assist and guide guests in making food and beverage selections
  • Use state-of-the-art point of sale systems to enter, process and close orders
  • Communicate with front and back-of-house team members to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Maintain and stock bar area including storage, equipment, utensils and tools
  • Implement inventory controls and abide by all liquor laws and regulations
