Job Requirements
- Previous experience preferred
- Current required state alcohol-server license such as TABC TIPS or ABLE
- Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs
- Must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend stretch twist or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels

Job Duties
- Bartenders provide a full-service dining experience that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation that follows Torchy’s recipes
- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Cocktail Preparation: Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency
- Menu Knowledge: Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Service Excellence: Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need
- Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
