Five Iron Golf is actively seeking part-time Bartenders who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and genuine hospitality. Bartenders at Five Iron Golf are the heart of guest experience, greeting customers warmly, learning their preferences, and providing knowledgeable recommendations on spirits, beer, and wine. They play a critical role in maintaining an inviting and well-stocked bar environment and are expected to manage inventory, order supplies, and contribute creative ideas for specials, cocktails, and promotions. These energetic professionals not only prepare and serve beverages and food but also ensure every guest enjoys their time by offering friendly assistance and verifying legal drinking age.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Bartender role demands enthusiasm, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and a commitment to uphold the company’s standards of service excellence. Bartenders are key team members who take pride and ownership in enhancing each guest’s fun and engagement at Five Iron Golf. This non-exempt, part-time position requires night and weekend availability and offers competitive hourly wages starting at $11.35 plus tips.
