Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- experience in food and beverage service
- ability to work independently
- motivated and results-driven approach
- knowledge of order of service and proper table setting placement
- understanding of food preparation and culinary terms
- excellent interpersonal skills
- standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds
- willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Serve and interact with customers in a professional and gracious manner
- utilize thorough knowledge of food, including preparation and culinary terminology, to provide detailed information to customers about menu items
- support smooth staff delivery of bar items through use of POS / ticket systems
- leverage thorough knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, including technical and service procedures
- participate in daily pre-shift meeting
- adhere to established accounting procedures for all transactions, including all authorized methods of payment and maintain knowledge of the POS system
- clean and maintain restaurant and workstation including pre-shift, post-shift and daily and weekly duties as assigned by the manager
- fulfill duties that may involve lifting objects such as tables, chairs, highchairs
- maintain the highest level of hygiene standards including clean, pressed uniform, groomed appearance and avoidance of food contamination risks
