Job Requirements
- Direct deposit and social security card required
- meet qualification eligibility and background requirements
- one-year probationary period may be required
- satisfactory completion of employment verification E-Verify
- complete minimum 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training within 30 days and annual 4 hours refresher
- subject to pre-employment checks per AR 215-3 para 2

- available to work nights weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Must meet state or local age requirements for serving alcohol at appointment
- ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- possess math skills to calculate patron bills and inventory
- skill in mixing and serving beverages
- ability to monitor and direct other bar staff
- resumes must be two pages or less demonstrating relevant experience skills knowledge and abilities
Job Duties
- Operate a small full-service bar mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- record sales make change or prepare charge slips according to procedures
- stock the bar and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area utensils and equipment
- keep records of beverage quantities dispensed and submit restock requirements
- receive and check stock quantities and descriptions
- use tact and courtesy to deny service to unruly or intoxicated persons
- apply arithmetic skills in billing and making change
- recognize impending inventory shortages
