Job Requirements
- Direct deposit and social security card is required
- meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position
- satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
- males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service
- position, duty hours, location and/or activity are subject to change based on mission requirements
- satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a medical examination
- must be available nights, weekends and holidays
- incumbent is required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities
Job Qualifications
- Meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverages at the time of appointment
- be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds
- possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory
- skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- resumes must be two pages or less
- demonstrate relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position
Job Duties
- Sets up bars for operation
- obtains cash bank and stocks service bar
- prepares a limited variety of simple alcoholic beverages as requested by patrons and wait staff
- records sales and makes change or prepares charge slips
- keeps bar and work area clean and sanitary
- assures an adequate stock level is maintained
- sets up storeroom and work area to permit easy access to stock items
