Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid alcohol service certification
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays extensively
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Previous bartending experience

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or bar-forward setting preferred
  • Bartending and craft cocktail experience required
  • Exceptional customer service skills focused on creating memorable experiences
  • Knowledge of cocktail and beverage service is an advantage
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with strong guest satisfaction focus
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and payments
  • Team player with ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid alcohol service certification
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Certified in TIPS

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide menus, explaining specials or promotions
  • Follow recipe guidelines and criteria
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, noting special requests or dietary restrictions
  • Enter orders into the POS system and communicate them to kitchen staff promptly
  • Serve food and beverages following proper techniques and presentation standards
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on guests regularly and addressing any concerns or requests
  • Monitor and refill beverages, clear tables, and reset them for next guests
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Assist with cleaning and side work duties as assigned
