Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide menus explaining specials or promotions
- Follow recipe guidelines and criteria
- Take accurate food and beverage orders noting special requests or dietary restrictions
- Enter orders into the POS system and communicate to kitchen staff timely
- Serve food and beverages following proper serving techniques and presentation standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking regularly and addressing concerns
- Monitor and refill beverages, clear and reset tables
- Process guest payments accurately handling cash and credit transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely coordinated service
- Follow health and safety guidelines maintaining clean organized work environment
- Assist with cleaning and side work duties as assigned
