Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card
- Food Handler Safety Training Card
- Outgoing personality
- Positive attitude
- Passion for the brand
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Compliance with employee handbook and training manuals
- Strong knowledge of craft beer and whiskey
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to memorize menus and procedures
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale system
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift products and supplies
- Ability to work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 per company policy

Job Duties
- Greet all guests within Eureka's time specifications with a friendly disposition
- Attend to the needs of all guests professionally and courteously
- Memorize food, drink, and rotating menus daily to respond to guest inquiries
- Write food and drink orders accurately using Eureka's abbreviations and ticket procedures
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card transactions according to company policies
- Prepare and serve beverages according to time and quality standards
- Observe state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
- Deliver food and drink orders with proper placement to table and bar seats
- Cut fruits to garnish drinks
- Polish and roll silverware
- Transport plates, bowls, and glasses between dish station, kitchen, and bar
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and service bar floor
- Replace beer kegs and CO2 tanks
- Replenish condiments such as straws, napkins, and ice
- Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and food preparation
- Assemble and dismantle work stations
- Maintain beverage inventory at proper serving temperatures and restock bar as necessary
