Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- read, write legibly, understand and speak English
- excellent customer service/communication skills
- count money and change correctly
- know cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
- available to work required schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- meet professional appearance standards
- physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
- able to respond to visual and oral cues
- able to work in constricting areas
- able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise and bright lights
- able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
- physically able to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs
- able to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces

- knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques

- experience in a fast-paced service environment preferred
Job Duties
- Foster a fun environment
- be a gracious host to all guests and coworkers
- promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
- monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- serve as ambassador of goodwill and appear in publicity photos
- promote casino events and programs
- provide personalized service and use guest names
- resolve service problems according to guidelines
- provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and beverage servers
- prepare and pour drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe
- slice and pit fruit as required
- operate and maintain all equipment and utensils in accordance with guidelines and safety procedures
- operate a cash register/POS system, ring proper amounts and give correct change
- account for all cash, charge and complimentary sales maintaining integrity of financial controls
- work well with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor
- maintain a clean and stocked workstation according to health and safety guidelines
