Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- read, write legibly, understand and speak English
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- count money and change correctly
- knows cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
- available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
- must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
- must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
- able to work in constricting areas
- able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights
- able to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environment

Job Duties
- Foster a fun environment
- be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
- monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- serve as ambassador of goodwill during work and at customer and public relations functions
- promote casino events and programs
- provide personalized service and use guest names
- resolve service problems according to guidelines
- provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service with a 2-minute or less production cycle for a 15 drink tray
- prepare and pour drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe
- communicate with beverage servers and present drinks to guests or servers as required
- slice and pit fruit as required
- operate and maintain all equipment and utensils according to established guidelines and safety procedures
- operate a cash register/POS system accurately
- maintain integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities
- work well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor
- maintain a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with health and safety guidelines
