Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a skilled mixologist or bartender, preferably in a renowned cocktail bar or upscale establishment
- deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients used in mixology
- demonstrated ability to craft unique and balanced cocktails that leave a lasting impression
- excellent customer service and communication skills to engage and interact with guests
- strong multitasking abilities and the capability to handle a high-paced environment
- creativity and a passion for pushing the boundaries of mixology
- understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws and regulations
- a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
