Job Requirements

  • eligible to work in the United States
  • sufficient education and/or literacy to read product labels and communicate effectively
  • ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
  • availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • professional demeanor reflecting HVMG's Culture of Excellence

Job Qualifications

  • combination of education and experience
  • special certifications such as bartender certification preferred
  • experience in hospitality or hotel environment a plus
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • customer service orientation
  • knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation

Job Duties

  • craft classic and creative beverages while delivering exceptional service
  • engage with guests and create memorable experiences
  • manage bar inventory and ensure timely replenishment
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • adhere to safety and hygiene standards
  • report to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
  • collaborate with team members to support overall guest satisfaction
