Job Requirements
- Proven bartending or mixology experience in a luxury or high-volume setting
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- certification in responsible alcohol service
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- comfortable and confident working in resort style swimwear attire
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- high school diploma or GED
- bartending experience with general knowledge of restaurant and resort operations
- knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishes
- self-motivated to accomplish goals, with a strong sense of responsibility to anticipate guest needs and multitask
- excellent communication skills
- proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail
- flexibility to work outside
- must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Job Duties
- Craft and serve premium cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with flair and precision
- operate and drive the resort's mobile tiki bar safely and responsibly across designated resort property areas
- engage guests with charm, professionalism, and expert product knowledge
- maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked mobile bar area
- support poolside events, VIP activations, and daily guest interactions
- follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
