Job Requirements
- Proven bartending or mixology experience in a luxury or high-volume setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Certification in responsible alcohol service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable and confident working in resort style swimwear attire
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Bartending experience with general knowledge of restaurant and resort operations
- Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishes
- Self-motivated to accomplish goals, with a strong sense of responsibility to anticipate guest needs and multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work outside
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Job Duties
- Craft and serve premium cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with flair and precision
- Operate and drive the resort's mobile tiki bar safely and responsibly across designated resort property areas
- Engage guests with charm, professionalism, and expert product knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked mobile bar area
- Support poolside events, VIP activations, and daily guest interactions
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
