Job Requirements

Previous experience working as a restaurant bartender
A current required state alcohol-server license such as TABC, TIPS, or ABLE
Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand for several hours and walk long distances
Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels

Job Qualifications

Previous experience working as a restaurant bartender
Valid state alcohol-server license such as TABC, TIPS, or ABLE
Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours and varied schedules
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Provide a Damn Good full-service experience to guests every single time
Build rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
Work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
Complete opening or closing responsibilities
Maintain a clean and presentable bar area throughout shifts
Mix creative Torchys Tacos signature beverages
Understand and abide by state alcohol-server, food handling, and company policies concerning alcohol consumption and safety procedures
Open and maintain tabs using point of sale system
Have fun
