Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Basic education or literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Combination of education and experience in hospitality or bartending
  • Completion of bartender certification or similar credentials preferred
  • Experience working in a hotel or high-volume bar environment
  • Strong mixology and drink preparation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional and warm personality reflecting a Culture of Excellence

Job Duties

  • Craft classic and creative cocktails that delight guests
  • Mix and serve drinks promptly and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Manage bar inventory and notify supervisors of stock needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Collaborate with Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor on daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at the bar
