Job Requirements

Eligible to work in the United States
Basic education or literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required
Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Willingness to maintain a clean and organized bar environment

Job Qualifications

Combination of education and experience in hospitality or bartending
Completion of bartender certification or similar credentials preferred
Experience working in a hotel or high-volume bar environment
Strong mixology and drink preparation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Professional and warm personality reflecting a Culture of Excellence

Job Duties

Craft classic and creative cocktails that delight guests
Mix and serve drinks promptly and accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Manage bar inventory and notify supervisors of stock needs
Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and professional demeanor
Collaborate with Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor on daily operations
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at the bar
