Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- sufficient education and/or literacy to read labels and communicate with guests
- ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required
- capacity to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- warm and professional demeanor
- ability to engage with diverse guest populations
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of bartending experience
- combination of education and experience in hospitality
- completion of bartender certification preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- passion for mixology and hospitality
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Craft classic and innovative cocktails
- engage with guests to provide exceptional service
- manage bar inventory and supplies
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- comply with health and safety standards
- collaborate with Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
