Job Requirements
- eligible to work in the United States
- sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
- ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- warm and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- combination of education and experience
- hotel experience is a plus
- completion of bartender certification or similar special training preferred
- strong attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- passion for mixology and hospitality
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- craft classic and creative beverages
- deliver exceptional service in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere
- engage with guests and respond to their needs
- manage bar inventory and order supplies as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- provide a warm and professional demeanor reflective of HVMG’s Culture of Excellence
- report to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
