Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- sufficient education to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests
- ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required
- availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- warm, professional demeanor reflecting the company culture
- willingness to work varied shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- Relevant bartender certification is preferred
- previous experience in hospitality or hotel bar setting
- strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- team player with a professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Craft classic and creative cocktails to delight guests
- engage warmly with customers to provide exceptional service
- manage bar inventory and stock levels
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- collaborate with Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
- uphold high standards of safety and hygiene
