Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
- ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
- availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to maintain a warm, professional demeanor reflecting the company’s Culture of Excellence
- reliable attendance during assigned shifts from Monday to Sunday 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience in hospitality or bartending
- certifications such as bartender certification preferred
- strong attention to detail and mixology skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- prior hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
- capable of working flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor consistent with company culture
Job Duties
- Craft classic and creative cocktails that delight guests
- mix and serve drinks efficiently and accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- engage with guests providing warm and professional customer service
- manage bar inventory and report to Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
- work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- support the social and vibrant atmosphere of the hotel bar
