Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate job-related needs

Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience in hospitality or bartending
- Completion of bartender certification or relevant mixology courses preferred
- Prior experience in hotel or high-volume bar settings a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Craft classic and creative cocktails that delight guests
- Mix and serve drinks while maintaining a clean and organized bar environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests
- Manage bar inventory and report to Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the bar area
- Assist in training new bar staff when needed
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a Culture of Excellence
