Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and literacy to identify product labels and communicate effectively with guests
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Scheduled availability Monday through Sunday from 4:30 PM to 10:30 PM
  • Demonstrated warm and professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Combination of education and relevant bartending or hospitality experience
  • Completion of bartender certification is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation
  • Professional demeanor consistent with hospitality industry standards
  • Experience working in hotel or bar setting preferred

Job Duties

  • Craft classic and creative cocktails to delight guests
  • Mix and serve drinks efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests
  • Manage bar inventory and supplies
  • Report daily activities to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
  • Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations
