Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
- Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Warm and professional demeanor consistent with company culture
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
- Capacity to handle fast-paced work environment
Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience in bartending or mixology
- Hotel experience preferred
- Completion of bartender certification or similar credentials is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and presentation
Job Duties
- Create innovative and delicious cocktails that delight guests
- Mix and serve drinks while maintaining cleanliness of the bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests
- Manage bar inventory and ensure organized bar environment
- Report to Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
- Maintain adherence to health and safety standards
- Contribute to a positive team environment and embody the company’s Culture of Excellence
