Job Requirements
- eligible to work in the United States
- night shift availability from 3 pm to close
- sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests
- ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodation
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- warm, professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- prior bartending experience
- bartender certification is a plus
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work night shifts and flexible schedules
- strong communication skills
- basic literacy to read product labels and communicate effectively
Job Duties
- crafting classic and creative beverages
- engaging with guests to deliver exceptional service
- managing bar inventory
- ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- mixing and serving drinks
- reporting to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
- maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests
