Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Ability to calculate figures and perform math functions
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram and schedule instructions
- Ability to resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically
- Flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends and overtime
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform bending, stooping, reaching and other physical activities
- Knowledge of alcohol awareness policies
- Familiarity with food service sanitation codes and OSHA standards
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information
Job Qualifications
- Must be minimum 21 years of age

- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret technical procedures and regulations
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidential information
Job Duties
- Be punctual to pre-shift meeting with a positive attitude
- Consistently provide Hometown Hospitality and deliver Fun while living core values
- Comply with food service and sanitation, OSHA, and Hazcom standards
- Wash hands frequently
- Provide consistent high quality food and beverage service adhering to service standards and use upselling techniques
- Adhere to standardized recipes
- Safeguard company assets and follow policies and procedures
- Maintain accountability for all funds on assigned shifts
- Create teamwork by assisting co-workers
- Balance money transactions and paperwork
- Follow company policies including attendance and appearance guidelines
- Be alert for fraud, counterfeit currency, or vouchers
- Prepare reconciliation reports on funds
- Practice alcohol awareness policies and procedures
- Maintain clear, clean, and organized work area
- Use chemicals responsibly and with proper labeling
- Assist supervisor in 5S principles application for supplies
- Conduct self in a gracious, kind, warm, professional, courteous, and responsive manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
