- ability to read, analyze, interpret and comprehend technical procedures, government regulations, instructions, and correspondence

- comply with food service and sanitation standards as well as OSHA and Hazcom guidelines
- wash hands frequently
- provide high-quality beverage service adhering to sequence of service standards
- utilize upselling techniques
- adhere to standardized recipes
- safeguard company assets and follow policies
- maintain accountability for assigned funds
- create teamwork by assisting co-workers
- balance money transactions and paperwork
- adhere to attendance and appearance guidelines and maintain guest confidentiality
- remain alert for fraud and counterfeit currency
- prepare reconciliation reports
- practice alcohol awareness policies
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- use chemicals responsibly and ensure proper labeling
