Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Knowledge of standard drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste
- Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments through the POS system
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
- Assist with banquet or catering events as required, providing excellent hospitality service
