- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of mixology and craft beer
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve house-made cocktails and on-site brewed beer
- Maintain knowledge of available brews, wines, liquors, and other beverages
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Collaborate with the brewing partner, Hometown Brewing Co., to enhance beverage offerings
- Provide outstanding customer service and respond promptly to guest needs
- Uphold all health and safety regulations related to beverage preparation and service
