- mix signature and traditional bar favorites
- knowledge of all Smoky Mountain Brewery brand beers
- mingle with and serve guests with the finest beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- prepare and garnish drinks accurately
- engage customers with friendly and informative conversation
- assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
