- Previous bartending or customer service experience
- Knowledge of local craft beers preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be 21 years or older
- Availability to work evenings and weekends

- Mix signature and traditional bar favorites
- Knowledge of all Smoky Mountain Brewery brand beers
- Serve Guests with personalized and attentive service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Engage with Guests to enhance their experience
- Restock bar inventory as needed
