Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to take directions and perform work effectively
- Math skills sufficient to handle money accurately
- Basic knowledge of cash register and cash handling
- Proficient English speaking and understanding skills
- Pleasant personality
- Neat appearance
- Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to lift and carry as per industry standards

Job Qualifications
- Preferred high school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred restaurant experience

- Sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money
- Basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures
- Ability to speak and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees

- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift
- Ability to carry and lift according to industry standards

Job Duties
- Maintains accurate accounting of all cash and inventory on assigned bar
- Performs location worker assignments
- Maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employees
- Plans for daily sales flow based on projections
- Plans for peak hour sales and makes change requirements known to the Bar Manager
- Organizes all paperwork for cashier responsibilities including physical inventories stand sheet and cash slips
- Verifies the proper item prices to the beverage menu
- Maintains accurate cash handling procedures at all times
- Performs location worked duties as assigned
- Follows all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage
- Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor
