Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year bartending experience in an upscale full-service restaurant including a full-service bar
- must have completed alcohol service training – TIPS certification
- must comply with all COVID-19 safety procedures
- must be able to work independently and in a team
- ability to be organized
- ability to respond quickly and effectively to change
- excellent attention to detail
- strong math skills
- ability to interact with the public confidently and professionally
- excellent listening and speaking skills
- must have access to reliable transportation
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year bartending experience in an upscale full-service restaurant including a full-service bar
- 1+ year experience mixing craft cocktails from scratch
- completed alcohol service training - TIPS certification
- comply with all COVID-19 safety procedures as required
- able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- organized
- able to respond quickly and effectively to change
- attention to detail and excellent math skills
- able to interact with the public in a confident and professional manner
- demonstrate excellent listening and clear speaking skills
- exceptional communications skills – communicating with guests to receive orders
- access to reliable transportation and able to report to work on a changing schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Handle all preparation of bar products, mixing ingredients, and serving drinks
- ensure solid product knowledge of all items being sold
- serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all alcohol service policies and procedures
- perform clean up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment
- perform breakdown of all products and supplies that are pulled and return product to the appropriate storage location
