Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Acquired a bartending license
- Obtained or ability to obtain Safe Serve license
- Prior bartending experience required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and consistently up to 15 pounds
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greeting guests promptly and proactively with warm welcome
- Creating a comfortable, relaxing and fun atmosphere, which will encourage repeat business
- Maintaining positive guest relations and display spotlight behaviors
- Ensuring proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes
- Keeping bar storage areas clean at all times, and proper handling of glasses
- Maintaining complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and DWI
- Maintaining stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment as well as following proper rotating procedures
- Performing any other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor
