Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old
  • Acquired a bartending license
  • Obtained or ability to obtain Safe Serve license
  • Prior bartending experience required
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and consistently up to 15 pounds
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests promptly and proactively with warm welcome
  • Creating a comfortable, relaxing and fun atmosphere, which will encourage repeat business
  • Maintaining positive guest relations and display spotlight behaviors
  • Ensuring proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes
  • Keeping bar storage areas clean at all times, and proper handling of glasses
  • Maintaining complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and DWI
  • Maintaining stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment as well as following proper rotating procedures
  • Performing any other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor
