- Previous experience tending bar in a high volume, luxury environment
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Job Duties
- Exceed guest expectations by interacting in a way that makes them feel special through proper and friendly service
- Serve guests with all steps of service to help prioritize the guest experience
- Be pro-active by assisting co-workers, support and assist Managers
- Prepare beverages following Fairmont Century Plaza recipes and guidelines for preparation
- Take orders and interact with guests in a professional way making them feel welcome and special
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar prep area and bar
- Be familiar with all menu items, preparations, and aspects and services of the property
