Job Requirements

  • Bartending training and certification
  • At least 6 months bartending experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to stand and work for prolonged periods
  • Capability to lift and carry trays and equipment weighing between 20 to 100 lbs
  • Ability to bend, kneel and maneuver in confined spaces
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be able to operate cash registers and count cash accurately

Job Qualifications

  • Bartending training and certification
  • TIPS certified
  • Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and operate a cash register
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to use tact and patience in customer service situations

Job Duties

  • Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
  • Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
  • Maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
  • Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
  • Know and comply with state liquor laws
  • Ensure established pars are maintained
  • Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
