Job Requirements
- Bartending training and certification
- At least 6 months bartending experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to stand and work for prolonged periods
- Capability to lift and carry trays and equipment weighing between 20 to 100 lbs
- Ability to bend, kneel and maneuver in confined spaces
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to operate cash registers and count cash accurately
Job Qualifications
- Bartending training and certification
- TIPS certified
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash accurately and operate a cash register
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to use tact and patience in customer service situations
Job Duties
- Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
- Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
- Maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
- Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- Know and comply with state liquor laws
- Ensure established pars are maintained
- Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
