Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Weekend and evening availability
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and beer
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Weekend and evening availability
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service to guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant
- Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails, wine, and other beverages to recipe specifications
- Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar at all times
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and safety protocols
- Engage with guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
- Work seamlessly with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Assist in maintaining inventory par levels
