Job Requirements
- Minimum six months bartending experience
- 21 years or older
- Food Handler's Card within 30 days
- Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday and on holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Serve up drinks and great vibes
- Deliver top-notch service and build relationships with residents
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fun
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
- Engage residents in a friendly and respectful manner
- Assist with event setup and support community social activities
