Job Requirements
- Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training required within 30 days of employment
- Minimum of 4 hours refresher training annually
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card required upon appointment
- Meet qualification eligibility and background requirements for this position
- Satisfactory completion of employment verification E-Verify check
- One year probationary period may be required
- Must be willing to adhere to strict appearance policy
- Subject to completion of a favorable suitability determination Tier 1 investigation

Job Qualifications
- Possess math skills necessary to calculate bills and take inventory
- Ability to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds
- Meet state or local age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
- Skilled in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
- Ability to monitor and direct work of bar staff
- Work experience as a full-service bartender
Job Duties
- Serve as working leader of three or more bartenders
- Operate a full-service bar following established procedures
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Assist customers by discussing beverage options and mixing special drinks
- Record sales and manage cash or charge slips
- Maintain records of beverage quantities dispensed
- Submit inventory restocking requests
- Use tact and courtesy to manage intoxicated patrons
- Train and guide other employees
- Ensure overall bar operations and accountability for receipts and inventory
