Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of bartending experience
- Must be 21 years old
- California ABC RBS Certification
- Ability to maintain high energy throughout shifts

Job Duties
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Take beverage orders from guests and servers
- Present drink menus, make recommendations and answer guests questions
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including proper glassware and garnish, with standard drink recipes
- Peel, slice and pit fruit for all garnishing drinks
- Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages
- Take accurate orders while maximizing sales using selling techniques and product knowledge
- Prepare checks for guests and ensure the accurate collection of payment for all served products
- Correct and accurate execution of the POS system and follow all proper cash handling procedures and guidelines
- Upsell beverage items to guests and attempt to limit problems related to guests excessive drinking
- Maintain a high but well-balanced energy level throughout the entire night
- Have strong interpersonal communication skills in order to answer customer questions and address customer concerns in a warm, professional and accommodating manner
- Compliance with all ABC laws and policies
- Complete any and all assigned cleaning duties, including stocking and organization
- Ensure proper set up and break down of stations before and after operating hours
- Attend all departmental and service training seminars as requested or assigned
- Perform any additional responsibilities as directed by the Food & Beverage Manager
