Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years bartending experience preferred
- TIPS certification
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk extended periods
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years full service bartending experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of mixed drink recipes and restaurant point of sale systems
- TIPS certification required
- Good communication and social skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to pour mixed drinks and draft beer
- Must be 18 years or older to ring alcoholic sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Check patrons' identification to ensure minimum age requirements and safe drinking guidelines
- Prepare bar set-up
- Maintain accurate bar inventory including beer, liquor, wine, cups, mixers, and supplies
- Handle cash sales and cash management accurately
- Close out checks once paid
- Assist in bar equipment set-up and break-down
- Serve and sell alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor on duty
- Inventory stand sheet items and initial all bar paperwork
- Calculate cash at shift end and return bank to cash room
- Perform opening and closing duties assigned by management
- Complete any other tasks assigned by management
