Job Duties
- Create regular guests you’re the face of Rosa Mexicano’s bar experience
- Welcome every guest like they’re walking into your home with warm Latin hospitality
- Anticipate guest needs make thoughtful recommendations and ensure every guest feels cared for
- Share your agave knowledge and passion for tequila and mezcal to guide guests toward their perfect pour
- Communicate bar specials to all bar and lounge guests
- Craft cocktails that celebrate the spirit of Mexico from signature margaritas to creative seasonal features
- Prioritize service bar tickets to ensure dining room guests receive timely perfectly crafted cocktails
- Follow proper recipes portioning and methods
- Maintain all health and sanitation standards
- Keep a never walk past a napkin on the floor mentality
- Lead with responsible alcohol service procedures
- Deliver food and beverage with flair and personality
- Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked bar
- Communicate constantly with servers hosts and kitchen staff
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and responsibly
- Participate in pre-shifts trainings and team meetings
- Work together with teammates to keep energy high and service seamless
